Deputy-Secretary General
Indrakshee is studying Computer Science at the Technical University of Munich and is originally from Singapore. Having started with MUN back in Junior College, she decided to continue the journey in University and found a home away from home in MUNTUM. She has attended multiple conferences across Europe as a delegate and also chaired DISEC at IsarMUN 2022. She hopes to take the experience that she has collected over the past few years and organise a memorable conference with rigorous academics for all participants of IsarMUN 2024. She is very pumped to see everyone in Munich in the Spring and have a lot of fun!
Under-Secretary General
Lessika is studying political science and history at the LMU and was born in Ireland, but has lived in Strasbourg and Munich. Given her international background, Lessika quickly joined MUNTUM, the MUN society of the Technological University in Munich, as there students from all over the world come together to debate international politics and has been an active member since then. Aside from being interested in international politics, and in particular the crisis of the Liberal International Order, Lessika is a film enthusiast, whose favourite film series is the ‚Before‘ trilogy by Richard Linklater and enjoys playing The Sims 3.

Luiza is currently in the middle of her Economics degree at the LMU. She has always been interested in the challenges that the world is currently facing such as the environmental crises and inequalities and hopes to be able to act upon them as a career. Participating in school MUNs has always been one passion of hers and helped her understand better how the world works, that is why she is so excited to be one of this edition’s Under Secretary General. She comes from Brazil and went to a German international school in São Paulo, thus she speaks Portuguese, German and some Spanish, apart from English. Besides university and MUN, Luiza likes to draw, play the piano, play volleyball and be with her friends.

George Raphael is 22 years old, he comes from Greece and is currently studying Law at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in Greece. He started participating in MUN conferences back in 2017 and has immediately fallen in love with diplomacy. George Raphael is currently serving as the Vice President of the United Nations Society of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, a partner society of the MUNTUM society in Munich. Raphael spent the Winter Semester of 2022-2023 in Munich as part of the Erasmus programme and learnt about IsarMUN due to his participation in the 2022 conference, one of his favourite conferences he has ever participated in. In his free time, George Raphael likes to hang out with friends, listen to music and read books, while his favourite sports to watch are football and MMA.

Meet Matthias, who will be one of your USGs! He is from Austria but has lived in Belgium for a while and aims to follow a career in diplomacy, following his great passion for foreign affairs and particularly the European Union. Whenever he doesn’t follow politics (which is a rare occurrence), Matthias greatly enjoys sports, both actively as well as a follower.

Milina is from Germany and has roots in China. She is studying Management and Technology at the Technical University of Munich. At the beginning of her studies in 2020, Milina has joined the student association, MUNTUM, and gained experience as a delegate, chair and board member. In IsarMUN’s latest edition in 2022 Milina was chairing the UNSC. Valuing international exchange and political discourse strongly, she looks forward to organising IsarMUN 2024 and encountering new and familiar faces!
