Secretary General
Eight years ago, Ana was introduced to the world of MUN at her high school in Cuba. It was the diplomatic and multicultural environment of the International School of Havana that catapulted her into the MUN scene. Throughout these years she attended several large conferences around the globe, both as a delegate and as a chair, before she took on organising roles. Years later, and this will now be her third edition of IsarMUN as part of the organising team. Together with her Co-Secretary-General, Daniel, she is thrilled to work on this special anniversary edition of the conference and make it an unforgettable and academically excelling experience. Ana is currently undertaking a bachelors in Economics and Business Economics at the University of Amsterdam. In her free time, you can find Ana drawing, hanging out with friends or trying out one of the hundreds of new hobbies she takes on every month.
Secretary General
Daniel has been to Model United Nations conferences since he was 15 and ever since that first conference in Denmark, there was no looking back. As a dual citizen of both Germany and the United States, he felt immediately at home in the environment of international people with diverse backgrounds that MUNs create. Now, after attending over twelve conferences as both a delegate and chair, he is now switched to the organising perspective of a conference and will serve as one of our Secretaries General, working together with Ana to deliver an amazing academic experience for the delegates. Currently completing his bachelor’s in mathematics at the Technical University of Munich, his interests go way beyond numbers, statistics and proofs. He is a longstanding member of MUNTUM and overall very politically interested, especially in international relations and diplomacy.
