Executive Director
Anna-Sophie works as Head of Operations for a research project on peace consolidation in Lebanon and Afghanistan and is finishing parallel studies in Law and Middle Eastern Studies at LMU Munich alongside that. Having caught the ‘MUN-bug’ early she has participated in, chaired and organized numerous conferences all over the world and had already retired her MUN career when, in a twist of fate (read: being far too easily persuaded and excited), she agreed to take on IsarMUN one last time for its 15th anniversary edition.
In her spare time she enjoys being outdoors, practicing various martial arts and going on all kinds of adventures (a lot of good stories there). She speaks German, English and Portuguese fluently and is working on her French, Spanish and Arabic.
Executive Director
Leonie finished her law degree at the LMU in the beginning of 2023 and afterwards started working for an interdisciplinary research project on peace consolidation in Lebanon and Afghanistan at the University of the Bundeswehr Munich. Since 2024 she is working at the law firm Advant Beiten and will start her legal traineeship later in the year. She first got in touch with MUN through MUNAM’s Delegation Project, where she later served as Board Member and helped organize IsarMUN x UN75. In her spare time you can find her either outside, going hiking or horseback riding, or inside, reading a good book.
